Full spectrum CBD oil has changed my life. I tend to go for high concentration oils. Sunsoil 1200 mg total cbd daily and I also have the 6000 mg big bottle from Lazarus Naturals on hand. I have been using it for three months. I initially tried it to ease my pain. I broke my back 23 years ago and my job was very hard on me and I was suffering. I noticed it did reduce my pain and made me happier and more relaxed. I have suffered from PTSD, insomnia and alcoholism. As soon as I started the CBD my alcohol cravings disappeared. And with almost no effort, I stopped drinking. Now three months clean after a lifetime of heavy drinking. I dont talk about it much or report to anyone- it is my own private win. It also helped me with depression, taking traumas that I carried with me in the front of my mind, and kind of shoved my woes in a compartment in the back of my mind. It eases me into sleep very nicely and it also has a strong aphrodisiac effect. It is a lifesaver. I just wish it were more affordable. I never thought I would ever want to quit drinking. But now the thought of alcohol in my body is distasteful. Incidentally, I am a 49 year old woman.

i have tried taking cbd oil with no thc made from cannabis and carrier oils. But it has actually worsened my anxiety and cause me to be very nervous. So now I am going to try small amounts of cbd made from hemp oil and see if it works better for me.

In reply to Christena King. Thanks, Christina for your comments re dosage sizes. I’ve sort of played around with CCD oil and gummies for severe chronic back pain and now edema in both legs and feet. I was sort of hesitant though because I never knew how much to take or how many drops were in a dropper and you have very nicely answered my questions. I am once more going to give it a try. I have been purchasing my CBD oil from Bluebird Botanicals since 2013. I have tried all 3 of the blends but my favorite is the Signature. I particularly like that it has frankincense and black cumin seed oil both of which have many healthy benefits. I recently purchased the Hemp Silk Lotion. I had been having some skin issues for 2 years and had tried everything else. It helped with the skin issue and made my skin so soft. I even use it on my face and neck. I trust this company and love that they are so charitable. I have probably referred 25 people to their company because I know they will get what they pay for. Many CBD oils have little CBD if any and have high amounts of lead and other heavy metals. I can’t say enough positive things about this company. Well worth the price and I stock up when they have a sale (most recently 60% off).

I haven’t taken Hemp Extract before; I have Narcolepsy, I’ve been a little afraid that it might keep me sleeping all day and and awake all night or just sleep all the time. I’m going to take it today will let ya’ll know in a week how it has affected my life.

Would CBD be recommended for anger outbursts that only occur ever few months. My son is now 21 & has had anger outbursts about 2-3 times a year. Which he actually hadn’t had in a few years guessing he worked it out while in school sports. Only thing is I am afraid something can happen within those short 5 minutes or so, right after that he falls asleep & then like nothing Desperate to find a solution before
